Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ABLE Music (“ABLE”), operated at ablemusic.co. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. Governing law: England and Wales.

1. Who can use ABLE

You must be at least 16 years old. By using ABLE you represent that you have the right to enter a binding agreement.

2. Your content

You own everything you publish on your page — your music, artwork, writing, and links. By publishing on ABLE, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it as part of operating the platform. We will never claim ownership of your work.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you publish. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.

3. Fan data responsibility

Fan email addresses collected on your page are yours. You are the data controller. You must use them lawfully and in accordance with UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Do not use ABLE to send spam or unsolicited messages.

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

The free tier is free indefinitely. We will give at least 60 days’ notice before removing any free-tier functionality.

We may change plan pricing with 30 days’ notice. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible. You can delete your account at any time by contacting hello@ablemusic.co. We will delete your data within 90 days of account deletion.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ABLE’s total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
